What is scheduled income?

In real estate investing, scheduled income is all of the rents SCHEDULED to be collected. For example, if the rent is $100 a month, and the building has 2 units, the yearly scheduled income is $2,400 ($200 a month X 12 months). Scheduled income does NOT take into account any expenses or vacancy.
