The contract does not specify any remedy for the seller making unsatisfactory repairs. I recommend you contact legal counsel and ask them how to proceed.
The contract has provisions for if the buyer requires the seller to make repairs, and the inspection notice merely deals with coming to an agreement as to what repairs are to be made, but neither specify what happens if the repairs are unsatisfactory.
My other suggestions could be for you (or your buyer’s agent) to contact the seller or sellers agent and come to an agreement on the repairs, or delay or refuse to close. Be warned that the delay or refusal of closing puts your earnest money at great risk. Depending on the contract there could also be other legal consequences for refusing to close.
