If there is a sellers disclosure for a commercial property, it is provided to the buyer once the property is under contract. The buyer or the buyer’s agent should contact the listing broker to see if a sellers disclosure exists if this is of importance to the buyer. Then the buyer can decide if they wish to submit a contract for a property.
