How do you calculate rent per sf in triple net leases?

Triple net leases are quoted in price per rentable square foot per year. This is different from residential leases which is quoted in a dollar amount per month. Because triple net leases are already quoted in price per rentable square foot per year, there is no further calculation necessary.

I have much more information about triple net leases at this website.
