How do I calculate property taxes in Aurora, Colorado?

The city of Aurora is located within the boundaries of three counties. These counties are Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas county. The first step is to determine which county the property is located in. You can do this by looking at the first page of the real estate contract on the top third of the page, or by looking at an MLS printout. If this information is unavailable, you can search for the address in all three counties below. The address should show up in only one of the three counties.
