Chatfield State Park is located in the southwest part of the Denver metro area. There are three general neighborhoods bordering Chatfield. Chatfield is also very close to Roxborough State Park, and the Lockheed Martin plant in Waterton Canyon. Another great feature is the awesome views of the foothills. Chatfield is located in the Jefferson County School District, which has scored well on state accountability tests.
